Usage Policy
The identification of the owner/proprietor is set out in the "Privacy Policy".
Object.
It regulates the rules governing this website and the APP "IO Park". It establishes the obligations and rights of both users and the owner.
User.
User is any person who accesses the website under his or her sole responsibility and/or uses the APP.
Access implies the reading and acceptance of this policy, as well as the other policies set forth in the legal notice.
Rights and obligations of the user.
- Browsing, access and use of all free content provided on the website, viewing the elements, printing, copying and storing them for personal and private use, as well as paid content, once the corresponding amount established for each specific service has been paid.

Rights and obligations of IO Safe, S.L.
- Update and modify any of the policies contained in the web both in its content and for technical reasons and adaptation to new legal or technical needs, without this update or modification generates any type of economic consideration or compensation to users.
- Define and establish the free uses and contents, as well as set the prices and requirements for exclusive services and contents.

IO Park will make use of user location data for the following reasons:
- The functionality to open the door closest to the user requires the use of the user's location.
Location data management:
- Location data will not be stored anywhere external to the user's own device.
- Once used, they will be deleted within the IO Park application.

IO Safe, S.L. is not responsible for the contents of any type included in web pages that may be linked to this website, nor does it exercise any type of control over such sites, and therefore disclaims all responsibility for any that may occur as a result of access to them, for example: mode of access, security, services or contents offered, etc.
The existence of links or hyperlinks to third parties does not imply in any case the existence of a relationship, collaboration or contractual commitment between said third parties and IO Safe, S.L.

IO Safe, S.L. has profiles created in various social networks which can be accessed directly from the IO Safe, S.L. website. The personal information of users existing in IO Safe, S.L. is not shared with any of the other social networks, so the user must authorize monitoring and access in each of them independently.
Links from third parties to IO Safe, S.L.
The links that third parties may make to the website of IO Safe, S.L. are made under their sole responsibility and as long as the site where they are located respects the principles established in the policies defined in this website, the establishment of links to sites that contravene the current legislation applicable in Spain, as well as the generally accepted uses and customs, are expressly prohibited.

Data protection at IO Safe, S.L. is carried out in accordance with the approved Data Protection Policy, which must be read and accepted by the user.

This site does not use cookies.
Miscellaneous.
When a clause is annulled due to a judicial decision or regulatory change, it shall be excluded from the content of the policies established, with the rest of the clauses remaining in force, except for those to which it renders inapplicable.
Only the express acceptance in writing by IO Safe, S.L. of the non-application of any clause will be valid, thus excluding any tacit situation that may arise during the validity of these clauses, and IO Safe, S.L. may demand compliance with each and every one of them at any time.
The website shall be governed by Spanish and European legislation in force at all times.
The parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville for the resolution of any litigation that may arise.
